Julie Mason, a contributor for We Are Teachers, writes: “We are trying to keep things as normal as possible for our kids. But why? There’s nothing normal about this school year. I’m going to make the case to please stop expecting normal from kids and teachers right now and to start questioning why we thought normal was so great in the first place.
